It’s my first (and only) purchased home and I love it to pieces. The location is ideal, it holds all the necessities and it feels like an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. This 250 Square-Foot Tiny House Is Being Auctioned Off For Charity

If you’ve been waffling on whether to join the tiny house trend, then this might be the push you need. Not only is this cute 250 square-foot living space going to be auctioned off, but the proceeds are going to a good cause. Students at Henry Ford College in Michigan designed, built, and donated the 24-foot by 8.5-foot trailer mounted space to raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, which will get 100 percent of the proceeds.
