Some people create a meditation space to relax, others an altar to focus intention and de-stress. But Ashley Tisdale finds balance and calmness throughout the day through her “relaxation stations.” And honestly, these super simple yet effective setups should be in every home.

On May 12, Tisdale posted an Instagram of one of her “relaxation stations,” which is honestly pretty minimal. “Love setting up little “relaxation stations” around the house,” Tisdale wrote in her caption. “It helps me feel calm, grounded, and sane throughout the day. What do you put in your relaxation station?”

The one she shared with her 13 million followers contains two candles and what looks to be a geode, perhaps a cluster of light-colored amethyst.

The candle at the forefront is a soy selection from P.F. Candle Co., which is based and hand-poured in California. She has the “Spruce” scent lit, which is currently unavailable, but the company other refreshing scents like “Watermelon & Chili,” “Sandalwood Rose,” and “Patchouli Sweetgrass” in stock.

As for crystal geode clusters, there’s a bunch of different options available online, like this chunk of raw amethyst. If you’re into the idea of cleansing with crystals, amethyst is said to promote immune health, improve sleep, reduce negative energies, and calm the mind — exactly the types of benefits you want from a relaxation station.

By setting up your station in a tray or shallow bowl, like Tisdale has, you can bring it from room to room so you can chill out in whatever space is calling to you. Or, you can make it a goal to put a relaxation station in every room by the end of 2021 — go big, relax at home.
