Anna Faris is selling her mid-century modern oasis in the Hollywood Hills, which she once shared with soon-to-be ex-husband Chris Pratt and their son Jack.

According to Architectural Digest, Faris purchased the 2,500 square foot 3/3 bungalow on a lush (nearly an acre) lot in Nichols Canyon back in 2005 for $1.995 million, while married to first husband Ben Indra. The actress and author recently listed the property for $2.5 million — it was once previously listed in 2013 for $2.3 million.

Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac off Willow Glen Road in the Hollywood Hills, the home is a legit urban oasis fitting for a House Bunny turned Mom, with stunning and playful features like a lagoon-style swimming pool, bocce court, fire pit, master suite with its own private patio and steam shower, “Zen-like landscaping with canyon views” — all looking perfectly staycation-able in the Trulia listing. Modern upgrades to the mid-century property, originally built in 1950, include a large kitchen with Bosch, Gaggenau & Sub-Zero appliances.

Though their heartbreaking divorce is playing out very publicly like its own Scary Movie, Faris and Pratt own another family home nearby in Nichols Canyon — which they purchased for $3.3 million in 2013 — and Pratt recently took to Instagram to share a sweet video message of how he’s spending life and quality time with son Jack back on his family farm.
