Costco Is Selling the Most Quiet Luxury-Inspired Garden Find for Just $25
There’s nothing quite like the classically beautiful appeal of a summery rose bush. Thanks to their vivid blooms and compact size, these plants are perfect for boosting your curb appeal and adding a pop of color to your yard. A yard full of well-cared-for roses also has a certain quiet luxury feel to it, too. If you’re in the market to add some roses to your garden, you’ll be happy to know that Costco is selling hardy rose bushes for under $30.
Instagram content creator @costco.so.obsessed showed off the find — which they found at a Los Feliz, California, Costco — in a June 3 post. Hailing from the brand True Bloom, these two-gallon rose bushes will cost you just $24.99 apiece.
Although roses have a reputation for being fussy and difficult to grow, part of the appeal of True Bloom is the care with which their rose plants are engineered to thrive.
“We use our revolutionary rose breeding process to combine the best features of hybrid tea flowering roses with disease-resistant shrub roses,” the company’s official website reads. “Big blooms and vivid, high petal counts are the signature of True Bloom Roses. Their simplicity and ease of care are too.”
When it comes to caring for your rose bush, The Spruce recommends making sure that your hybrid tea roses receive full sunlight. It’s a good rule of thumb to water your plant when the top three inches of soil are dry, and fertilize it about six to eight weeks before the first frost of the year.
If heading to Costco isn’t an option for you, no worries! You can also find similar hybrid tea rose bushes at The Home Depot.
