As AT’s Senior Style Editor, I cover the latest interior design trends, expert decorating ideas, and must-see home products. Whenever I’m not keeping tabs on the next TikTok “core” or buzzy IKEA collection, I’m most likely reading, online shopping, or looking for the best tacos in New York (recs are encouraged).

Living room credenza with books, disco ball, and vase of flowers on top

Disco (ball) fever is so real right now…and honestly, with good reason. Not only does disco ball decor nod to that ’70s-era, “Saturday Night Fever” kind of nostalgia, but the mirrored mosaic design also reflects the sun for an instant room-brightening effect (that’s even more eye-catching in small spaces!). Above all else, this trend is just downright fun. I mean, who wouldn’t their bedroom, living room, home office, or heck, even the bathroom, to feel straight out of a retro dance party?

Recently, I’ve seen this groovy style dominating TikTok, but evolved from just the classic hanging disco balls themselves (although there’s still plenty where that came from). Yep, disco-inspired tiles are now leaving their mark on anything from frames and planters to quirky decorative shapes (mushrooms included!), often adhered to a styrofoam base. Basically, disco decor is taking over home design in a big way, with no signs of slowing down, which is why I rounded up a few of my favorite shiny statement accessories below, starting at just $12. Check out the latest new and handmade accents, big or small, from brands like Etsy, Urban Outfitters, and more that elevate any empty wall, corner, or tabletop spot.

Mushroom Disco Ball
$50$25

Quite possibly my favorite disco ball iteration of them all, these Etsy mushroom shapes range from 4 inches to 10.5 inches tall so you can mix and match different sizes — especially now that the full collection is 50 percent off! These group nicely on top of coffee table books and magazines, or they can be styled as standalone accents on a bookshelf or nightstand.

Disco Ball Candle
$34

Urban Outfitters has no shortage of quirky disco-inspired details, among them this cozy “Winter Spritz” candle. Scented with notes of citrus, berry, apple, and cinnamon, it’s the best of both fragrance and aesthetic worlds.

Disco Bar Coasters – Set of 4
$12

L.A.-based artist Julia Walck specializes in retro art and barware, including these reusable coaster sets, printed on medium-weight pulp board with a white border. At $12 for four, you can send some home as party favors — but make sure you’re well-stocked with your own supply, of course.

$12 at Etsy
Disco Ball Ornaments
$14

’Tis the season for disco ball holiday decor, although I’d argue that these little ornaments can stay out year-round as doorknob decorations. Choose from two sizes — medium or large, starting at $14 — for your newest Christmas tree focal points.

$14 at West Elm
Melted Disco Ball
$149

Made in Ukraine, this sculptural disco ball object has a unique “melting” effect that brings groovy visual interest to any tabletop edge. For the size and design, it’s impossible to beat this less-than-$150 price, too.

$149 at Etsy
Disco Lies Framed Art Print
$60$42

Even modern art proves that disco is far from dead, and Society6 has you covered with hundreds of abstract, retro, and party-inspired prints. That includes this sassy (customizable!) disco-and-high-heels design: pick from 19 different frames, as well as five sizes ranging from 8” x 10” to 20” x 20.”

$42 at Society6
Self-Watering Disco Ball Planter
$38

Give your favorite plant its moment in the disco-infused spotlight via this lightweight, hollowed-out hanging planter. It’s equal parts pretty and practical, too, thanks to a built-in self-watering drainage system (although the Etsy seller carries a cheaper version without this feature, as well).

$38 at Etsy
Disco Ball Ice Bucket
$65

It’s not a party without a disco ball ice bucket, which also doubles as extra wine or liquor storage on your bar cart whenever you’re not playing host. The interior’s insulated, so just add ice and you can count on your go-to bottles to stay (and look) cool.

$65 at Urban Outfitters
Large Round Mosaic Mirror
$290

Mirror, mirror on the wall…but make it disco ball. This handmade fixture does fall on the pricier side, but it’s fairly sizable — 31.5 inches, to be exact — and draws in even more light, making your space feel larger (and sparklier!). Of course, the double reflective effect is prime selfie fodder, too.

$290 at Etsy
Disco Ball Dinner Napkins, Set of 4
$88

These disco-embroidered linen napkins from party-planning brand Feste feel perfect for nontraditional Friendsgiving table settings, a NYE gathering, or just date night dinner at home. Go for the full-on sparkly look with matching mini placecard settings, too.
