Dollar Tree Is Selling Christmas Storage Boxes That Are So Cute and Useful

The process of wrapping gifts can be tedious — especially if you are trying to make it look like it was professionally done instead of a crinkly mess. And then when you’re done, storing your wrapping essentials is a whole other issue. It turns out that Dollar Tree has the answer to both of these dilemmas with these festive Christmas boxes that’ll both streamline your gift prep and fulfill all your seasonal storage needs.

The Festive Christmas Box from Dollar Tree is exactly what it sounds like: a fun little Christmas-themed box. It comes with an attached lid that opens like the front cover of a book. The lid has a lip that extends down the side of the box with what looks like a small dot of Velcro, which keeps the lid from flapping open. You can use these boxes however you like: for gifting purposes or to store all your holiday items, such as gift-wrapping supplies, Christmas ornaments and decorations, or extra winter hats and gloves.

The specific size of this box isn’t actually listed on the Dollar Tree website, but it retails for $5 per box. Dollar Tree’s website also notes that “price, availability & selection may vary by location,” so it’s possible they come in different sizes as well. Some of the designs you may encounter include a red and white tartan pattern with a white bow on top, holly and wreath patterns emblazoned with the phrase “Joy to the World,” and a dark red box that, when placed upright, looks like an old-fashioned hardcover book with the title “Merry and Bright.”

Although Dollar Tree does list its products online, you do have to go to a physical Dollar Tree store to find this festive little box. If you don’t live near a Dollar Tree or don’t want to add another stop to your busy holiday schedule, then you can find a similar box on Amazon.

It measures 12.6 inches long, 8 inches wide, and 4.4 inches tall, which is about the size of a bottle of wine with some wiggle room. At $9.99, it’s a bit more than what you’d find at Dollar Tree, but it comes in two Christmas-themed designs as well as more holiday-neutral options like floral print or solid black or white. Plus, each box comes with a gold bow and a magnetic closure.
