After founder Brand Winnie decided to uproot his cushy Silicon Valley life and travel with his family across the American west in a 30-foot trailer, he started to reimagine just what “home” meant. He founded Everywhere in 2018 with the drive to help people craft small, nature-inspired homes. Currently, the company offers six sleek, minimal-minded houses at different price points, depending on how much you want to roll up your sleeves. Here, find some of the offerings for you to build your future dream home.

The (aptly named) Ayfrayme model takes its inspiration from angular-roofed A-frame homes. At 1,943 square feet, the home is surprisingly spacious. A kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom make up the first floor, with another bathroom, a third bedroom, and a loft space rounding out the second floor. Other frills of this light-flooded home include vaulted ceilings and three walkout decks, including one grand deck in the rear of the home that’s just begging for you to drink in the crisp air along with your morning coffee.

You can purchase a single-use license for $6,995, which comes with all the plans, if you’re looking to source materials and hire builders yourself. A kit with all the finished materials starts at $179,000. Or, consider the managed build package, starting at $387,000, and Everywhere will take care of the construction for you.    

Always wanted to live in a barn without the pesky work of actually farming? The Barnam house kit model features a minimalist single-floor gable-style barn with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, and even a wood-burning stove. At a petite 859 square feet, the wide-open layout still lends the space a breezy feel, and thanks to large sliding doors, the home boasts a strong connection to the outdoors. This home kit is a good option for families who want a tiny footprint but don’t want to completely sacrifice privacy, as the 115 square-foot main bedroom connects right to its own bathroom.

Like the Ayfrayme, the single-use license costs $6,995, with $166,625 to buy a kit that includes finished materials. A managed build of this barn beauty sets you back at least $301,000.

Maybe you have a hutch in your dining room showing off your favorite dishware from behind glass doors. In this version of the hutch, though, you’re on display. The Hutch house kit is your chance to build a 263 square-foot home with a glass garage-style door that swings upwards, flooding the space with fresh air and lots of light. What the home lacks in square footage, it makes up for in smart space planning: The layout includes a living area, a single bedroom, and bathroom, plus a tucked-away home office. The ceilings swoop to an expansive 10 feet, and a charming exterior ladder leads to a roof deck that spans the entire length of the home.

Those looking to tackle most of the legwork themselves can purchase a license for $6,995. The Hutch is one of Everywhere’s more affordable options, with a base of $91,375 for a kit which includes finished materials, and a managed build starting at $169,850.
