It wasn’t just the bedroom in Kristin Laing‘s Austin home that struck a chord with readers; a much-pinned room was also the master bathroom.

Ella Khan found this gorgeous modern loft (in a former elementary school) on Craigslist, and readers really loved the living room. Gorgeous big windows blend with industrial elements that then mix with her organic modern, boho style elements. The Reverie sofa is from EQ3, the Bowie coffee table is from West Elm, and the metal frame chairs are also from West Elm.

Readers loved the kitchen remodel of this California Craftsman house, where designer Karen Hickey didn’t tear out a vintage kitchen and replace it with modern elements. Instead, she added in modern amenities, but kept plenty of vintage charm.

Every square inch of designer and artist Helen Ward‘s UK home is full of fun, pattern, and color, so it’s difficult to pick a favorite style moment. But readers resonated with the image above, featuring dark and dramatic walls accessorized by a rainbow pom-pom wall hanging Helen made herself.

Melissa Alam rents a stunning Philadelphia loft that’s designed not just for living, but also for working and hosting events. There are plenty of beautiful details to absorb, but readers really appreciated the wallpaper accent in the closet area.
