We have to admit, we’re always particularly interested in seeing celebrity homes outside of the more typical hot spot cities of New York and Los Angeles. Today, we are taking a peek into Alyson Hannigan’s Atlanta penthouse that was just listed for $1.349 million.

The Buffy The Vampire Slayer and How I Met Your Mother star—who grew up in the city after her parents divorced when she was a child—bought the three bedroom, three bathroom pad in 2014 for $810,000. She and her husband, actor Alexis Denisof, are now moving on, three years later.

The penthouse clocks in at just shy of 2,500 square feet, and boasts views of the ATL skyline “spanning from Buckhead to Downtown” out of the 14 foot tall wall of windows in the living room and master bedroom. The bathrooms and the kitchen are pretty simple and classic, with top fixtures and appliances and that old standby, white subway tile, that lets you add your own personality to the space.

It may not be New York City’s 443 Greenwich (home to a growing list of stars like Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Harry Styles, and Jennifer Lawrence), but the White Provision Residences is a pretty posh ATL address. The property comes with three dedicated parking spaces, and a large storage unit (in case 2,500 square feet isn’t enough).
