Late Night host and Saturday Night Live (and Weekend Update) alum Seth Meyers is moving on up. He and wife Alexi have listed their two bedroom condo in the West Village for $4.5 million.

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is in a doorman building with a roof deck. According to Mansion Global, the couple bought the place in 2013 for $3.525 million. Looks like they’ve done some renovating in the last four years, as there are plenty of gold fixtures and open shelving to hint that they’ve been keeping up with the trends, all while keeping that “pre war charm.”

You enter into a large foyer that can double as a dining area, which leads to a sunken living room. Both bedrooms are spacious by New York City standards, with the master boasting two sizable closets. Both bathrooms are ensuite, so you’ll have to have guests traipsing through a bedroom to use the loo (though we have tips for that very situation).

The listing describes the building as “the ultimate address in the West Village,” noting that it’s across from Abingdon Square Park, near public transit, and “ideally situated among the finest dining, shopping, recreation and entertainment that New York has to offer.”

Though the listing is new, the pair have already dropped some coin on a new place; according to 6sqft, they bought a five bedroom co-op last August for $7.5 million in Greenwich Village (and it was previously owned by Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker).

The property is listed with Maxwell Jacobs for $4.5 million.
