Forecasts may be cooling down, but Labor Day sales are heating up fast. Plenty of stores are dropping deals ahead of the long weekend, but I’d recommend making Pottery Barn your first stop. The high-end home retailer is offering up to 60% off tons of its most popular furniture and decor for Labor Day (additional discounts may pop up, too!) — which is kind of a big deal because Pottery Barn pieces, while exceptionally made, are pricey (but worth it) investments. So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to shop your wish list, this is it.

Expect to find deals on everything you’re looking for, from big-ticket items like sofas, bed frames and dining chairs to cozy accents, decorative storage baskets, and area rugs that’ll bring any room together. I picked out some highlights to help you sift through all their options, though I’d shop soon-ish to secure your picks in your preferred fabrics and finishes before they sell out.
