From an early age, I knew I wanted to be a writer. Combine that with a natural curiosity about people, the objects that bring ease to their lives, and my personal inclination to share my findings with whoever will listen — and here I am!

After graduating with dual Bachelor’s Degrees in English and Women’s Studies from the University of Florida, I worked as a marketer and copywriter for 4 years before pursuing writing full time. Since then I’ve tested and reviewed hundreds of products and written shopping-focused home and lifestyle content for Well+Good and Design Milk.

I’m passionate about helping readers make their homes a more enjoyable place to be. We need our spaces to do more for us than ever, so I’m always interested in what readers care about most, the problems I can help solve, and the product discoveries that make all the difference — whether it’s a clutter-clearing organizer or a piece of furniture that fulfills every need. When I’m not writing or scouring the web for the latest and greatest finds, I’m usually reading a book, watching reality TV, or walking around the city with my husband and our dog.
