My saucepan is one kitchen item that I don’t think I could ever go without — I use it that often. Considering how much action it gets, it’s worth splurging on one that you won’t have to replace anytime soon. You certainly won’t need to trade out Le Creuset’s, if our experience with its other cookware is anything to go by. 

Whether you’re making a small batch of pasta, soup, or marinara sauce, this pan will do it all with ease. The cast-iron body will heat up quickly and evenly and keep its contents warm for a good while. The sand-colored interior allows you to monitor what’s inside of it, but you can choose a more vibrant hue for the exterior. (I’m partial to Cerise, which I own myself, but the blue, gray, cream, and green ones are just as stunning.) It’s safe to place in the dishwasher and the oven, so you really will use it for everything.
