Sam’s Club Is Selling a Gorgeous Storage Gem with an Antique Copper Finish

Garden hoses aren’t necessarily known for looking stylish, and if you don’t properly coil your hose when you’re done watering your lawn or garden, that handy hose can become a tangled, ugly mess. Fortunately, there’s now a sleek copper pot at Sam’s Club that will contain your garden hose for good and look gorgeous while doing it, whether you’re an expert gardener or a novice planter. Plus, it can be used for so many different purposes — there’s no need to limit your imagination. 

Though it serves a very practical purpose, the Member’s Mark Metal Hose Storage Pot has a copper finish and hammered detailing on the exterior that makes it look almost like something you’d see in a museum. It has a removable lid with a decorative handle shaped like a tree branch, and there’s a hole on the bottom of the pot that you feed the hose through, which keeps things neat and organized. The pot measures 20.25×20.25×16.5 inches, and is designed to hold up to 110 feet of hose, though one online review says it was able to fit their 120-foot hose, so your mileage may vary.

I first came across this attractive storage pot in a video by content creator Hannah Franks, and as you can see from her video, this pot can be used for far more than just stashing away your garden hose. She plans to use it for outdoor blanket storage, but I could also see this pot handily containing gardening tools, toys, towels, and many other items.

The one drawback about this copper hose pot is that you need a Sam’s Club membership to buy it. If a Sam’s Club membership isn’t something that you have or want, you can find a very similar alternative online at QVC. The Bernini Metal Hose Storage Pot also has copper finish and antique-inspired design, plus a similar lid and drainage hole. It’s 15 inches tall with an 18-inch diameter and is meant to hold up to 150 feet of hose, which is more than the Sam’s Club pot purports to hold. The usual price, $131, is much steeper than the Sam’s Club pot, but it is currently on clearance for $79.99.
