Sam’s Club Is Selling a Portable TV with Bluetooth Speakers

Right now, it feels like so many people are wanting a ’90s-style kitchen. I’ve seen videos of people putting old vintage TVs on their kitchen counters and looking for ways to hang up their cellphone like it’s a wall phone. 

If you too want a little mini television to put on your kitchen counter — or to even take with you outside this fall — Sam’s Club dropped just the thing. The Monster Vision 3 gives major ’90s vibes while also having all of the functionality of a modern device. Suffice it to say, I find it super-fun. 

The Monster Vision 3 is basically a large, rectangular Bluetooth speaker with a TV screen on the front and a panel of buttons at the top. The speaker-slash-TV, which I found through a video by @samsclubfavorites, measures approximately 15.3 inches by 18.5 inches by 7.7 inches and weighs 23.5 pounds. 

The TV screen is 15.6 inches wide with a “1080P Full HD IPS 16:9 display,” and there are speakers on the sides and below the screen. A full battery charge gets you up to 10 hours of video with audio (which can be digital TV, streaming, or direct HDMI or USB connection) or up to 30 hours of just audio. Plus, it’s water-resistant and has a carrying handle at the top. It’s perfect for watching TV inside or outside, whether you’re hosting a Sunday night football event with friends or watching your favorite ’90s rom-com alone. 

This portable TV is available at Sam’s Club for $219. “This is a great outdoor TV for my patio and I can imagine it would work great for a tailgate as well. It’s just awesome,” reviewer Derek wrote on the Sam’s Club website, adding that “it was pretty easy to hook up the antenna and scan channels.” And I could see it being a great find for camping trips, as well — imagine snuggling up in a tent while watching a movie on this thing. Divine.

However, if you don’t have a Sam’s Club membership you can still find the Monster Vision 3 elsewhere, including at Walmart, but it’s sold for $319.99.
