This 365 Square Foot Tiny House On a Private Beach Is Relaxation Goals
Since exotic beach getaways are always high on the priority list (or at least, they should be), here’s a Greek rental house that you’re sure to swoon over. Listed on Glamping Hub, the dreamy ocean-facing tiny house is an hour and a half drive from Thessaloniki on a private beach in Paliouri, Chalkidik, also known as Halkidiki. The exclusive spot promises views of the Aegean Sea and soothing scents of pine.
At a cozy 365 square feet, the self-described “glamping unit” is ideal for tiny home enthusiasts who want to combine their love of small spaces and stunning scenery. The apartment includes state-of-the-art amenities. With a living room, a bathroom, a bedroom furnished with a double bed, as well as a double sofa bed, the beach spot can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Also included in the minimalist space are a kitchen and a dining room with table. As noted on the site, the rental is also wheelchair-accessible.
To help guests take in the surrounding views in the most relaxing way possible, there are also glass sliding doors that run the entire length of the space and open onto a large balcony.
The homey haven is one of three available for rent. According to reviews, the private beach apartment is located near a beach bar, and other entertainment options are only a short drive away. Nearby activities include biking, boating, swimming and obviously a host of other water sports.
Guests interested in the rental must put down a $360 security a deposit and are required to book at least a three-night stay.
For more information, check out the rental home’s listing, and don’t tarry long. According to travel experts, the best time to visit Greece is now, before the summer heat, hordes of tourists and sky-high prices start to make their inevitable annual appearances.
