The winter holidays are almost here, and if you’re already itching to deck out your home in seasonal and sustainable decor, you’re not alone — Trader Joe’s is on the same page! The beloved grocery chain’s fan-favorite felted wool garlands are officially back in stock in a variety of new styles. They’re cozy pieces that you can use year after year, and they’re being offered at an extremely affordable price.

Instagram content creators @traderjoesnew and @shoppinggeekbuys highlighted the store’s seasonal products in a recent joint post. Just like last year, the store is selling nine-foot-long felted wool garlands, which cost $7 apiece. However, the latest version features felted wool leaves and faux white and red berries, which gives off the appearance of a traditional pine garland with none of the usual upkeep requirements.

Shoppers can also find a smaller $4.99 felted garland, which measures six feet long and is made up of red, green, blue, and white felted balls. To top off the selection, Trader Joe’s is also selling a new $16.99 felted wool wreath, which features the same faux berries and leaves as the aforementioned nine-foot-long garland. It’s the perfect size for hanging on your door throughout the season or even putting up on one of your home’s walls!

According to Trader Joe’s official website, the store’s garlands are made from hand-dyed, 100% New Zealand sheep’s wool, hand-felted, and hand-strung by artisans in Nepal. Because the wool garlands also come in non-holiday color varieties such as blues, grays, and rainbow, they can even be used as general decor pieces once the holidays have passed!

Better yet, stocking up on hardy reusable pieces like these is a great way to combat excessive waste during the holidays. According to research from Stanford, Americans produce an additional one million tons on average each holiday season. But if you’re interested in these garlands, don’t wait! Limited-edition Trader Joe’s products tend to sell out quickly, so make sure to act before they’re out of stock for another year.

If you can’t make it to your local Trader Joe’s, you can purchase a similar multicolor felt garland from World Market for $7.99. Although the garland is only 4.5 feet long, you can easily tie a few together to achieve the same length as the Trader Joe’s garland, and the colorways are equally as versatile as the Trader Joe’s option.
