Wayfair Is Selling the Cutest, Coziest Bouclé Ottoman (It Has Hidden Storage!)

Making my space as cozy as possible is an all-seasons goal, and Wayfair just put one of its customer-favorite bouclé ottomans on major sale just in time for spring. It’s the cutest undercover storage gem that’s perfect for small spaces. (It would go wonderfully with a Wayfair faux liddle leaf fig.)

Living in a one-bedroom city apartment, I’m consistently on the hunt for trendy decor pieces that pull double duty as storage finds. The Latitude Run Dayvian Storage Ottoman Bench fits the bill (and then some) with a quiet luxury-coded appearance that secretly reduces clutter in so many areas of your home. 

On sale for $115.99, the 39.3 inch-long bouclé bench feels like sitting on a cloud, thanks to its nubby-textured sherpa material and memory foam. It holds up to 280 pounds in weight. The bench measures 19.5 inches in height (including the 5-inch Scandi-style wooden legs) and has a compact 15.7 inch-width that keeps it from taking up too much space. 

All you have to do is grab the matching sherpa latch, and you’ll uncover hidden storage inside. Black pressure hinges keep the top from slamming shut as you put away your warm winter blankets, linens, or anything else you want to store inside.

The functional ottoman makes a gorgeous living room centerpiece while hiding throw blankets, board games, tech, and remotes inside. You can also lean it against the back of your sofa to make use of dead space that would otherwise be empty (while adding some additional seating), use it in the office as a storage option, or place it in your entryway to create a welcoming space for guests to sit and put on and take off their shoes while hiding all your knickknacks inside.

Unsurprisingly, the dreamy ottoman has plenty of fans, as happy Wayfair customers called out the “sturdy” build, “supercute” design,” and “sneaky storage.” Several also mentioned how easy the Latitude Run Dayvian Storage Ottoman Bench was to put together, as well as how well it fit in small apartments. 

If you’re looking for something that you don’t have to assemble, Target is selling a Threshold Storage Bench with metal legs in a cream bouclé material that looks pretty similar. While the size is slightly longer (it’s 18.25 inches in height, 16 inches in width, and 46 inches in length), the ottoman is covered in cozy sherpa and opens to show hidden storage inside. 

It’s slightly more expensive than the Wayfair version at $150, but it might be a good option if the modern dark metal hardware would go better with your home’s aesthetic than the Wayfair one’s Scandinavian-style wooden legs.
