It might be hard to believe, but spooky season is around the corner. It’s officially time to get your house ready to conjure up some spine-tingling spirits — or simply to prepare for trick-or-treaters, and Williams Sonoma is just in time with its Halloween Collection.

The retailer is ready for all of your future Halloween parties, with hosting goodies like statement-making black marble cheese boards and cheese knives. All spot-on for Halloween, but too pretty not to leave out year-round, if you ask me.

And speaking of celebrating year-round, why not start gingerbread house making a little early this year? For an activity that’s fun for the entire family or a group of roomies, you’ll love the new, Williams Sonoma-exclusive DIY Halloween Haunted House Kit ($29.95 for a single house, $59.50 for two).

The kit has all the fixings for a completely edible Halloween mansion that would make even Beetlejuice jealous. With pre-baked, cut-to-size chocolate cookie pieces stamped with window details to help guide your decorations, each set comes with enough colorful icings, mini beads, bone candies, candy corn, and Halloween-themed sprinkles to create the haunted house of your dreams.

There’s also the new and exclusive Halloween Gingerbread House ($69.95), a fully hand-decorated house created out of custom molds that will look right at home in any Halloween display.

Artisan bakers decorate each house using colorful icing and candies, adding cookie plaque above the door that reads “Happy Halloween.” For no additional charge, you can request your own personalized message.

If you’re feeling inspired and looking to do a little Halloween treat making yourself, there’s no shortage of new cookware and bakeware to help you get there. Try the skeleton cake pan to have a little fun with cake decorating this October, or the 23-piece halloween cookie cutter set to get your ghosts and mummy shapes just right. And how could I forget the Pumpkin Gooey Bar mix? Cookie crust + pumpkin spice is the exact flavor combo your upcoming festivities need.

There are also plenty of pre-made sweets to gift to friends and family. Halloween Cake Pops, Witch Fingers, or Halloween Bark, anyone?
