I don’t think anyone would use the words ‘glamorous’ or ‘exciting’ to describe toilet paper. Toilet paper is deeply utilitarian, and its intended use is never far from anyone’s mind. But the toilet paper holder — well, that’s a different story. Lately I’ve been seeing some toilet paper holders that are really quite pretty, designs that elevate the humble roll, that take the mundane task of keeping your TP close at hand and execute it with beauty and grace.

This brass bracket is so lovely, it’s hard to imagine it’s just for holding toilet paper. It’s also available in nickel.
