I Tried This Oprah-Approved Brand’s Linen Sheets, and I’m Never Going Back (Bonus: They’re On Major Sale!)
Up until a couple months ago, I was a full-fledged satin sheet devotee. I loved the sheen and the glossiness and the coolness of my baby pink sheets, which is why I was willing to put up with the fact that the fitted sheet would constantly ride up around my mattress. Normally, I could get away with haphazardly rearranging my covers after waking up. But because of this problem, I’d spend way longer than I wanted pulling the sheet back into place and remaking my bed from scratch every morning — so annoying! Then, I moved and serendipitously got the chance to try Cozy Earth’s linen sheet set. To be honest, I’ve always been interested in linen. I own garments made of that material, and they all sport a soft, lived-in feel and effortlessly chic appearance. I figured if my bed could feel like that, why not give it a go. So have the new sheets lived up to my expectations? The answer is yes, and I’ll happily tell you why.

As soon as I took my sheet set out of the box, I was delighted by the little bag they were encased in. The reusable tote is made of white fabric and has sturdy brown handles, plus it’s the perfect medium size, so I’ll definitely be using it for quick runs to the corner store. As for the sheets, themselves, they were pretty much exactly what I’d envisioned: simple and slightly grainy (but very soft!) in texture. I got the “natural” color, but they’re also available in four other neutrals. I love how well they match my bed blankets, which are all varying shades of the same oatmeal color. Best of all, once I pulled the fitted sheet around my full-sized mattress, it stayed put — even despite my incessant shifting and tossing.
You’ll also be happy to learn that these limited-edition linen sheets are super breathable. My furnace is unpredictable, and when I first moved into my new apartment, I felt stifled by the fiery temps and cheap polyester sheets I’d bought on a whim just because I needed something to sleep on. The Cozy Earth sheets don’t cause me to sweat, nor do they stick to my skin. And even though they do wrinkle, it’s all part of that relaxed, slightly boho look you get with linen soft goods. Suffice to say, I’m a full linen convert when it comes to bedding.
Not only are these sheets limited-edition, but they’re also currently 55 percent off in the queen size! What’s more, Cozy Earth’s Memorial Day Sale runs through May 30, and it’s offering 20 to 25 percent off sitewide, excluding silk, cashmere, and some new products. Plus, when you spend $300, be sure to enter code MEMORIALDAYSALE at checkout to get $100 off your purchase. If you’re on the same page as I am, you won’t want to wait too long before snagging your own linen sheet set (and more).
