You Can Grab Wintry LED-Lit Christmas Trees at Aldi for $39.99

Nothing says the holiday season quite like a wintry, twinkling Christmas tree. If you’re looking to add a unique, artificial tree to your home that you can reuse year after year, you might want to consider a trip to Aldi. As of November 8, the supermarket chain is offering festive Merry Moments LED Flocked Alpine Trees for just $39.99.

The trees are available in a two-pack featuring a 3” and 4” tree or as a single 5” tree. Each iteration of the tree comes with flocked pine tips, meaning that clumps of artificial snow coat their branches in a way that suggests a winter snowfall without requiring any of the messy cleanup that real snow entails. Additionally, each tree comes covered in warm white LED bulbs, with a flat metal base, a wrapped stem, and a six-hour timer function. According to Aldi’s website, the trees require four x AA batteries, which are included with each purchase.

Pro tip: For best results, after the holidays have passed, we recommend storing your artificial tree upright, protected by a tree covering such as an XXL trash bag for small and medium trees or even a dedicated tree cover for larger trees.
