Name: Jordan and Ryan (Flower, Bowser, Pony & Rocket) Location: Nashville, Tennesee Size: 1500 square feet Years lived in: Owned 2 years Jordan and Ryan bought their Nashville home a couple of years ago. After extensive renovations, their sweet 1905 bungalow is now a charming refuge for them and their four pets. Jordan started her own creative agency, Rare Assembly, and deals rugs and antiques under the web moniker of Hot Child Studio.

Name: Kaitie, Tyler + cats (Jolene, Bruce, and Robin) + dog (Trae) Location: East Nashville — Nashville, Tennessee Size: 1,540 square feet Years lived in: 1.5 years, owned California natives Kaitie and Tyler wanted a change of pace, and Music City fit the bill. So they put down roots in Nashville about two years ago. At the time they were house hunting, real estate in Nashville was selling quickly.

Name: Philip, Amanda, Jasper and Boogers the cat Location: Downtown Nashville, Tenneessee Size: 1,400 Square Feet Years lived in: Own- 3 Years Constructed in the 1800s and the oldest building on the block, it was love at first sight when Philip, Amanda and Jasper moved to Nashville about three years ago. The Knoxville natives wanted all the perks of downtown living: the luxury of walking to work or to restaurants and stores, just steps away from their front door.

Name: Bonnie (Mooky-Dog) and Trevor (Taco-Cat) — Not a couple, just a couple of best friends. Location: East Nashville — Nashville, Tennessee Size: 1100 square feet Years lived in: 4 months, renting Trevor and Bonnie’s home is a colorful oasis filled with collected treasures from various antique malls, thrift stores and family members.

Name: Jesse, Jason and their dog Honey Location: Nashville, Tennessee Size: 3200 square feet Years lived in: Almost 1.5 years, owned Jesse and Jason purchased their 1929 Tudor style Nashville home a year and half ago. Jesse is a songwriter who has lived in the Music City for about 15 years and her husband Jason is a more recent transplant from Michigan. They both love Tennessee and were excited to buy their first house together here.

Name: Rachel and Ryan Location: Oak Hill — Nashville, Tennessee Size: 3,500 square feet Years lived in: 1.5 years, owned Umbrellas hang from the ceiling and there’s an entire wall of speakers in the front sitting room. The moment you enter Rachel and Ryan’s house, you’re swept up into their colorful and eclectic world.

Name: Jordana and Trent Nicholson Location: Nashville, Tenneesee Size: Roughly 1,200 square feet Years lived in: 1 year, renting Jordana and Trent’s Nashville home is a space of tranquil comfort with an abundance of natural light that they’ve worked to make a personal sanctuary…even if their living situation is only temporary. The couple is currently renting the ’60s style ranch house from friends who are traveling through South America.

Name: Yancey, Carter and Duck Location: Cleveland Park — Nashville, Tenneesee Size: 1,500 square feet Years lived in: Owned 6 months Yancey and Carter bought their first home six months ago in the blossoming East Nashville neighborhood of Cleveland Park. It was built in 1908 and is on the historic registrar. The house was nearly torn down in 2010 but instead was rehabbed by Habitat for Humanity and cared for by the previous owner.

Name: Violet (singer/songwriter) and Cracker Jack Location: East Nashville — Nashville, Tennesee Size: 1,300 square feet Years lived in: Owned for 8 months Violet is a Los Angeles native living in Nashville Tennessee. While in graduate school she fell in love with the works of Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris and decided to make the leap into a full time musician. She moved to Nashville in 2013 to follow her passion of singing and songwriting.

Name: Balee, Dylan, Alton and Ringo Location: Charlotte Park — Nashville, Tennessee Size: 1,500 square feet Years lived in: Owned 4 months Upon entering Balee and Dylan’s house you are greeted by their two cute dogs, as well as a mix of color, art and music echoing throughout every room. Dylan is a photographer and Balee is a stylist who helps Dylan with his shoots. Their home is a perfect reflection of their creative and artistic passions.

Name: Mimi and Harper Location: Nashville, Tennesee Size: 2,300 square feet Years lived in: Owned 5 1/2 years Mimi is a Nashville native who grew up in the city limits and on a farm outside of town. She now lives in her own house — a space that manages to be simultaneously calm, comfortable, vibrant and eclectic.

Years lived in: Owned 5 Years Brooks and Matt bought their first house five years ago and have since transformed it into a beautiful, bright and modern living space. They have done most of the work themselves in stages, with the basement being the last big project. When they first moved in, they lived out of one room while renovating the kitchen and the living room.

They have worked hard to update the space with fresh coats of paint, flooring and beautiful decor.

Name: Chelsie and Nate Location: Decatur, Georgia Size: 1,000 square feet Years lived in: Rented for 6 months Chelsie and Nate moved to Atlanta six months ago from Nashville. Chelsie is an Atlanta native and Nate is from Athens, so they are both happy to be closer to family and friends in their home state. It was the vintage floral numbers and mid-century charm that sold Chelsie on this home instantly — this was the first and only home she looked at, and she signed the lease right away.

Name: Kat and Brett (pit bull Burger and corgi Fitz) Location: Cooper-Young District in Memphis, Tennessee Size: 1,970 square feet Years lived in: Owned 1.5 years Kat and Brett’s beautifully maintained 1920s bungalow in Memphis introduces itself with a beautiful wrap-around porch, a spacious living area, and two of the friendliest dogs on the planet, Fitz and Burger.

Name: Laura, Marshall, Hotch (German Shepherd) & Sadie (Border Collie/Australian Shepherd) Location: Green Hills — Nashville, Tennessee Size: 2650 square feet Years lived in: 1 year, owned Laura and Marshall’s home in the classic Nashville neighborhood of Green Hills is a place of sanctuary in a bustling section of town. Their home sits at the end of a long driveway placed at the top of a lush green hill.

Name: Lindsay, Chris and cat Mooshy Location: Inglewood Neighborhood — Nashville, Tennessee Size: 960 square feet Years lived in: 2 years, owned When Lindsay and Chris moved to Nashville a few years ago from New York, they lucked out in finding this perfect-for-them home (complete with three outdoor cats from the previous owner).
