This Ingenious Dollar Tree DIY Will Instantly Double Your Bathroom Storage (It’s So Simple!)

You probably wouldn’t think to look for bathroom decor in the cookware aisle at your local Dollar Tree. But as one TikTok user proves, a few baking essentials can actually be paired together to create the storage staple of your dreams. 

Natasha from @tashdesignsca on TikTok DIY-ed a bathroom counter stand using two cake pans, a short round plant stand, and two mini signboards, all from Dollar Tree. After removing the top portions of the signboards, she attached the stands together with glue and sprayed them gold, along with the plant stand. She then created a tiered storage unit using the two cake pans, which she spray-painted white to stylishly organize extra towels and toiletries.

“Very smart idea,” one person commented on Natasha’s post. Another said, “So creative.”

Depending on what your Dollar Tree currently has in stock, you can re-create a similar bathroom display — even for skincare or perfume bottles — using cake pans like this one from Cooking Concepts. 

If you can’t find wire plant stands at your local store, check out the one below from Amazon. Just over 9 inches round, it’s a great fit to use with the 8-inch Cooking Concepts pans, and it comes in a chocolate brown color you can keep as is or spray-paint. 

You could also grab 8-inch canning racks to do the trick. They’re a bit less decorative, but will disappear beneath the cake pan and keep your stand off the counter.
