Spring has officially sprung at Trader Joe’s — literally! The grocery store has once again rolled out its bestselling spring planter, which is shaped like an adorable rabbit so you can add some Easter vibes to your houseplant collection. And because each planter is just under $6, you can grab one for yourself and your friends and family members’ Easter baskets too!

The Trader Joe’s Bunny Planters Come with Different Foliage

These bunny planters have different foliage inside: Some have Pilea peperomioides (Chinese money plant) planted in them, others have variegated vining plants, and some have succulents. All the plants are easy to care for — just place them in an area that receives indirect sunlight, and water them when the soil is completely dry.

Trader Joe’s Treasure Hunt (@trader_joes_treasure_hunt) spotted the bunnies at their local TJ’s and shared them with their followers. In the caption, they joked that it’s time to “spring into action” and grab yourself one. I can’t say I disagree!

And when your plants get too big to stay in their bunny planter, you can use the bunny for your propagated plant clippings or basically anything else. How cute would these be as a sponge holder at your kitchen sink? Or you could use them on your vanity to keep makeup brushes, eyeliners, and mascara organized.

If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you, check out this bunny planter from Amazon. It’s priced similarly to the TJ’s version and is the perfect size to plant a mini succulent in.

From what the past has proven, these bunny planters don’t last long when they arrive for the spring season. So if you haven’t yet scored one, head to your local Trader Joe’s sooner rather than later. Because once these little guys hop away, you’ll have to wait until next Easter to see them again!
