About Me
I’ve always loved home. I grew up flipping through department store room catalogs, dreaming up decor ideas, and even building a 3D paper model of how I wanted to transform my bedroom at age 12. I moved often as a kid but I always found comfort in shaping spaces that felt like mine.
My earliest sense of home came from a multicultural neighborhood where families from all over the world shared one block. Through food, music, histories, and stories, I discovered that while our cultures might differ, we’re all connected by the same human experiences — love, grief, joy, and care. That’s when storytelling became my first love, and it’s been the foundation of everything I’ve done since.
I went on to study Communication and History at UC Santa Barbara; I studied abroad in Bordeaux and New Delhi, returned to France to teach in Montpellier, lived in Miami, and finished my master’s in New York City before settling in Los Angeles — all while gaining meaningful experience in print and digital media at various publications. Through it all, I’ve learned the power of creating home wherever I am.
To me, a well-loved dwelling has the ability to shift your energy, calm your mind, and change how you move through the world. I believe that creating a nourishing home should be accessible to everyone — you don’t need a big budget or picture-perfect space to build a home that feels like you and supports how you want to live.
