Everything at Lulu and Georgia is 25% Off Right Now (Including Sofas and Rugs!)
If you’re anything like me, you’re practically making a spreadsheet to tackle all of your holiday gift shopping this coming weekend so you can knock it out in one fell swoop. That said, I don’t see any harm in making a little time for browsing for my home either, and California-based retailer Lulu and Georgia will be first on my list of places to peruse.
This site, which has always been known for its large rug selection, rarely holds sales, save for Black Friday and maybe a friends and family promotion or two sprinkled in here and there throughout the year. So there’s no better time to shop Lulu & Georgia than right now, since they’re offering 25 percent off pretty much everything full price with the code THANKFUL. I’m eyeing smalls like vases and candlesticks, which make great gifts, but I also think you should keep an eye out for all of the smaller makers and designer brands. It’s hard to find these kinds of pieces this deeply discounted—if at all. My picks are below, but definitely take the time to do some digging of your own on the site, too.

Luz Table Lamp
Maybe you’ve been putting off getting new lamps for your nightstands or a living room side table. If you’re the type that likes something striking, the Luz may be your match. It has a trendy domed mushroom shape but doesn’t skimp on size or shine, particularly if you choose the gold finished version.

Salamat Ceramics Waves Vases
The best vases are the ones that you don’t even have to put flowers in. That’s why I have one of these sculptural ceramic styles in my cart. It would look great styled on a bookshelf empty, but you could add a few dried—or fresh—flowers for a little pop of color, too.

Vadala Long Lumbar Pillow
Long lumbar pillows can be pricey, but that’s because they’re a one-and-done. You literally don’t need other toss cushions on your bed if you get a long lumbar. It’s the easiest ever way to style a bed, and I’m loving this colorful one for the warmth it’ll bring to my cream and black duvet.

Cultiver Linen Sheet Set
This Aussie brand’s bedding is the epitome of casual chic. I’ve been lusting after a pair of their perfectly worn-in linen sheets. Even in the dead of winter, they’ll keep your bed beautiful and breathable. The only question is which of the eight shades to splurge on. You can’t go wrong with natural above, but I’m thinking cedar for something a little spicy and unexpected.

SIN Duo Candlestick
One thing I love about shopping Lulu & Georgia is access to all the smaller makers they support, like ceramicist Virginia Sin. This candlestick holder is simple, but elegant enough to anchor a beautiful, minimalist-minded tablescape. Add colorful tapers to turn up the volume.

Sofas are hard to buy sight unseen (and un-sat on, if that’s even a word?), but I feel pretty confident in recommending this clean-lined stunner designed by Ginny Macdonald. You might remember her when she worked under Emily Henderson, but now she’s on her own and designing timeless furniture with a nod to her British roots in partnership with Lulu & Georgia.
