Ditch Overhead Lights: This $20 Projector Instantly Transforms Any Room’s Ambiance
Daylight Saving Time is almost over, which means longer evenings and the “official” start of cozy hibernation season. That’s good news for homebodies since we’re entering the season of staying, but even if you’re dreading the shorter days, there are plenty of ways to upgrade your space in order to make the most of it.
One of the easiest things you can do to make your home feel extra cozy and inviting is to focus on easy lighting upgrades. Candles (both traditional and flameless) and warm light bulbs are all useful for giving your space maximum ambiance, but there’s one clever (and fun) product you probably haven’t thought of: a color projector. In particular, we’re big fans of the Lite Trends Northern Lights 16-Color Projector, which is available at QVC.
What Is the Lite Trends Northern Lights 16-Color Projector?
This little lamp projects a dreamy lighting effect that’s inspired by the Northern Lights, creating a cozy atmosphere for your bedroom or living area. Unlike other projectors, this model has versatile functionality, including 16 color options and six brightness levels. It comes with a remote for easy use, and is small enough to fit on a nightstand or store away when not in use. And right now, the Lite Trends Northern Lights 16-Color Projector is on sale at QVC for just under $20.
This is a great product for creating a specific vibe, whether you’re having a cozy night in with friends or watching TV in bed. (You could even put it in the bathroom to jazz up shower time.) The 360-degree projection is impressive, as is the range of color choices, which includes calming blues and brighter pinks. Plus, it’s not an eyesore, and it looks like just another piece of decor when not in use. And if you’re shopping for a gift, this projector is a creative idea for all ages, since kids and adults alike will love the magical atmosphere it creates.
