After looking for about a year, we fell in love with the neighborhood before the house. It had good bones and a lot of potential but was in need of cosmetic updates. We spent about a month doing a remodel of the kitchen, upstairs bathroom and converted a bedroom into a den, and an attic into an office.

Finding this place seemed like a godsend since I am a jeweler obsessed with metalsmithing, and Mark has mad carpentry skills; I loved the design work and he could bring our ideas to fruition.
