Amazon Prime Day is winding down, but you still have time to score that item you’ve had your eye on forever. Whether that’s an upgraded kitchen appliance, cute new home office desk, or even something “boring” like a pack of power strips, chances are you can find it for less on Amazon (at least until 11:59 pm PT/2:59 am ET tonight). Because we make it our business to find the best products for the home, the Apartment Therapy team was pretty excited for Prime Day this year—and it shows when you look at what we bought. I asked my coworkers what they added to their carts this year, and the results include everything from furniture and small appliances to office essentials and bedding.

"I've been using a blender that I bought from India for a few years now and decided it's time for an upgrade. I'm so excited I snagged this Vitamix deal because for starters, that price is UNBEATABLE, and it's going to be perfect for all the smoothies and nut butters I make. Oh, and incredible for grinding spices as well!" — Pari Sampath, Digital Media Coordinator

"As the colder weather is settling in, I've been reaching more and more for a hot cup of tea, and a plug-in electric kettle lets me boil water in just a couple minutes—plus it shuts off automatically when it's done, so I don't have to worry about racing over to yank a kettle off the stovetop if I'm on the middle of a Zoom work call." — Brenda Schmerl, Senior SEO Manager

"I needed something right by my door to put things down, like wallet, keys, and mail. Most end tables and entryway tables were no more than 2 ft. in height, and the tall ones were very wide, bit I just wanted something tall but narrow/square. Thrilled to finally find something that fits that description and that I personally find aesthetically pleasing!" — Greg Brostrom, Office & Studio Manager

"I've been thinking about investing in a Nespresso machine for a few months now (I already have the Aeroccino and I'm obsessed!), and with the colder weather coming it seemed like a good time to do it. I was going back and forth on the Nespresso Vertuo Prime Day deal, but when I went to make the purchase it was sold out! I took a look around and found a similar deal (albeit just the machine, and not the bundle) with the Vertuo Plus at Target, and I liked the swivel option for the water tank. I'm so excited to try it out this weekend!" — Hollis Miller, Manager, Email & Acquisition

"I love making layered bake dishes over the weekend and freezing them for the week ahead, which is why I can never have too many casserole dishes. I already have this Le Creuset dish in the Meringue colorway, and given this deal decided to add the Flame color too. I have been mentally queuing up everything I'm going to bake in it. But first: an extra-large batch of sweet potato brownies!" — Sholeen Damarwala, Commerce Editor
