Ahhh the magic of white paint. Roxanne updated and brightened up her kitchen with some gorgeous new additions but kept the original cabinetry and used some really nice paint with great success. From Roxanne: Our small builder grade kitchen was in desperate need of a makeover. I could no longer stand the orange tone wood cabinetry and yellowish countertops. To save money, we kept the existing cabinets, but extended them to the ceiling, making the room feel larger.

From Claire: The first thing you used to see when you opened my front door was some steep victorian stairs crying out for a transformation. I got rid of the boring beige carpet that was just a dust and dirt magnet and brightened them up with a touch of Marimekko.
