Sarah Stieber is a painter, tape artist, muralist, and jewelry designer with a recent passion for designing spaces around her art, like the incredibly colorful house she's created with her husband.

Mural artist and content creator Champagne shares this large rental home with two roommates, a cat named Pony, and a dog named Ted. She loves mixing modern pieces with vintage elements. "I’d call it a colorful eclectic mix of happiness."

Ashley Maeda lives with her husband and two daughters in the Southern California desert. "I look at my home as my canvas," she says. "There is always a half-finished mural somewhere because I am constantly painting something new."

Self-proclaimed color lover, thrifting fan, and DIYer Joanne McCauley, who runs the Instagram account @ouremporium, says for the first eight years of living in this Northern Ireland house, it was pretty beige. But not anymore!

"The overall vibe I’m going for, for the house is a bit of a hodge podge: an artist’s 1970s beachside pad mixed with pared-down Parisian glamour and of course lots of lighthearted elements..." says creative director and commercial photographer Lizzie Darden.

Jeff and Emily Daws have combined their creative fields — textile design and woodworking — to create a one-of-a-kind home out of a blank slate new build.

Where are all my natural-wood enthusiasts? Aleksandra Zee and Antrom Kury, artists and woodworkers, live in this rental house that showcases the beauty of warm wood tones and terrific natural textures.

Designer Kelly Bach is the owner of RetroBabeCo, and found her current home in 2018. She shares the Florida house with husband, Nate, sons, Kalani and Keanu, and three chihuahuas: Lola, Hobie, and Mookie.
