Two and a half years ago, with a baby on the way, he and his lovely wife Kim were forced to find something bigger for their growing family.

The couple have been through a few renovations themselves, but they have been careful to preserve as many of the original features of the house as they could, from the second stair in the kitchen to the thoughtfully embellished door hardware.

In 2009, Linsey realized her new friend Sam was the best friend she ever made so she asked him to dinner on graph paper.
