Ever wonder what it’s like to have Sandra Bullock as your landlord? Well, if you’re looking for an apartment in West Hollywood—and your budget is around $22,000 per month—you can find out. Variety reported last week that the Ocean’s 8 star’s unit in celeb-favorite building Sierra Towers is available for rent. Bullock bought the 22nd floor condo—previously owned by Matthew Perry—in 2014 for $3.35 million.

Curb appeal can only go so far. It’s easy to be lured in by the architectural details of a historic home, but then you step inside and realize that the layout was designed for a different generation with a vastly different lifestyle. That’s not the case with this 1932 New Orleans gem. Behind the gingerbread exterior is – surprise! – a completely renovated, thoroughly modern home.

Looks like New Yorker Abbi Jacobson is putting down roots out west. The Broad City co-creator and star scooped up a mid-century pad in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, according to Variety. The 2,032 square foot three bedroom, 2 bathroom house is set up from the street and overlooks downtown LA. The 1950s home features a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors in the living room, though the palm tree framed view from the walls of windows is hard to compete with.

Before their very public split in September 2016, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt owned some pretty posh property. While their names were never on the deed to this 47 acre Long Island estate, they did call it home for part of 2009. According to the New York Post, Brangelina and family spent some time at the Gold Coast estate, named Sassafras, while Jolie was filming Salt. It’s that time of year when we reflect on the last 12 months, look dreamily out the coffee shop window, and think… “To hell with you, 2017! You were the [bleeping] worst. Let’s hope 2018 isn’t such a slimy armpit stain of a year.” Ahem, er… right. It was a tough year for homebuyers, and lots of other people, too. Is there any relief in store? It looks that way.
