Shopping vegan might be easier than you think. PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) announced this week the first ever winners of their Vegan Homeware Awards, and some big names are among the mix. “As demand for compassionate and sustainable homeware grows – in line with soaring interest in vegan living – the PETA Vegan Homeware Awards celebrate the best designs and innovations for a cruelty-free home,” the activist organization said in a press release.

Sad news for devoted Target shoppers: The Minnesota based retailer announced this week that they’re discontinuing their Cartwheel Perks loyalty program. Cartwheel Perks was introduced as a pilot program in five test markets last September, CNBC notes—Denver, Houston, San Diego, St. Louis and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina. Members who made in store purchases racked up points which, once a threshold was met, could be redeemed for items such as apparel, food, sunglasses, etc.
