The buzz around Brightland has certainly not been quiet this past year. Nor should it have been — the bespoke brand is best known for their single-origin, traceable olive oils but has since expanded into all sorts of pantry staples — including honey, vinegars, and even candles — racking up a rabid fan club along the way. Not only are their goods of excellent quality, but they’re also a great option for consumers who want to know where their food comes from — and who benefits from both the production and sale.

Needless to say, it’s no surprise that Brightland is at the top of many of our wishlists this holiday season (my own included — their Rapture balsamic vineagar is a must-have on my salads). Luckily, the brand has taken note, launching a giftable capsule collection that (bonus!) happens to be on sale for Black Friday.

Dubbed The Golden State Capsule, this A-team includes full-sized bottles of all eight of Brightland’s olive oils — including fan-favorites like Rosette (garlicy goodness), Ardor (a spicy chili blend), and Arise (infused with basil) — alongside their vinegars and a handy pour spout. While having eight bottles of olive oil may sound like a lot, Brightland’s blends are all meant to be used in different ways with different types of food (for instance, Awake is better suited to heartier cooked foods, like stews), so the foodie or home chef in your life is sure to appreciate the diversity. You can gift the set solo or go all out with the foodie theme and add in your favorite cookbook, a cute apron, and more for a present that is sure to knock their socks off.

Typically priced at $287, you can score over 25% off the collection starting on November 25, bringing the total to $199. You’re going to want to act fast: Between Brightland’s popularity and the epic Black Friday savings, we have a feeling the Golden State Capsule collection won’t be around for long. Snag a set for the Alison Roman wannabe in your life, then be prepared to invite yourself over for a lot of olive oil goodness (personally, I have my sights set on making this pillowy olive oil cake).
