Simran’s Sunset Boulevard Perch
Name: Simran Location: West Hollywood, CA I moved into this apartment about a year ago. It’s a great triplex above Sunset in West Hollywood. My landlords live above me, but they don’t rent the third apartment out because they like it quiet. I feel like I’ve really lucked out here—the location is great, there’s a huge yard, I have parking and yes, it is really quiet! It is about 750 sq. ft. and has a nice layout with a central hallway and both front and back doors.

A Tour of AphroChic’s Stylish Show Home at Helms Bakery
On the weekend of October 12th in Los Angeles, global design gurus Jeanine Hays and Bryan Mason remixed the Helms Bakery District’s newest showroom space, transforming its interior into a stunning concept home filled with design inspiration. The exhibit, complete with a living room, library, master bedroom, dining room, and back patio, was furnished entirely with items from the Helm’s Bakery District’s various retailers.

One of two original craftsman-style cottages on the lot. You may remember this beautifully renovated cottage from Whitney’s House Call. I was brought in to do a full tour of their space, and I was certainly not disappointed. Whitney and Adam have made living in a small space look like a breeze.
