It may be located right outside Waco, Texas, but this stunning dream home is straight out of Italy. And now, the former “Fixer Upper,” which Chip Gaines called “the best of our career” during the fourth season of the hit HGTV series, is officially on the market for $645,000, reports.

If you’re a fan of the HGTV show, then you may recall Gaines referring to the two-story home as the “Hot Sauce House,” because of the startling Tabasco-themed wallpaper in one of the rooms. On the episode, the Ignacio family paid $315,000 for the property, and had $119,000 for renovations. Chip and Joanna made massive changes to the home, which was originally built in 1992, and transformed the space into a 3,577-square-foot rustic Italian estate on six sprawling acres of natural Texan beauty.

Now on the market, the four bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home features a large kitchen and dining space that’s ideal for entertaining. A front porch is perfect for relaxing during the evenings and watching the sunset. The property could even function as a small ranch, thanks to cross fencing and multiple sheds.

Chip and Jo worked their magic by converting the garage into a spacious living room. They vaulted the ceilings and added exposed beams, and put in French doors that led outside to the beautiful natural surroundings. They also created a beautiful master suite on the main floor, complete with a vaulted ceiling, sliding barn door, and luxe master bath with a free-standing tub and his/her vanities.

The home was also painted a creamy white color, with wood shutters and door added on. The brick chimney was replaced, as were the stone columns. In the backyard, there’s also horse facilities and a sparkling swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the sun-drenched Texas summer.

Though the home was originally listed in 2017 for $1 million, the price has been drastically reduced to $645,000.  “For ‘Fixer Upper’ fans, it’s yet another chance to buy a home graced by the presence of Chip and Joanna Gaines,”says Erik Gunther, celebrity real estate expert. “Granted, it is in Waco, but this home remodeled by the HGTV superstars might make it worth the trip. And if you buy it, you don’t have to live there year-round—the home has an amazing track record on Airbnb.”
