Name: Leah and Mike Location: Ocean Beach/Outer Sunset neighborhood, San Francisco, California My husband and I just finished renovating our 1940s, 800 square foot home near Ocean Beach. We fell in love with the neighborhood, the east/west light in our house, and the huge backyard.

Name: Ana and Fabiano Location: Villeray Montreal, Canada Size: 950 square feet Years lived in: 1 year; Owned It’s been a little more than 1 year since my husband and I moved to this 950 square foot 2-bedroom apartment in the cozy neighbourhood of Villeray in Montreal. We chose this area because it’s vibrant and multicultural. We spend a lot of time decorating the space and we’re really proud of our new home. I’m a Digital Marketer and my hubby is a graphic designer.

Name: Andras Location: Palace district, Budapest, Hungary When I tried to find a home three years ago I was looking for a place with amazing possibilities. As a designer I’m lucky to have the ability to see the best in every room. When I first saw this apartment it was damaged, the walls were painted odd colors and the previous owner built arches to weird places, but I instantly fell in love with the picture of what the place could become.

Name: Vin Location: Chicago, Illinois I have always thought of my home as my safe space, and so no matter what the physical space I hope to create something comfortable and something to love. When I bought this condo three years ago, it was nothing like it is now—it was mostly a boring box and the lower level felt outright dingy. With a lot of patience, thought and care it is now a place that is both mine to take care of and takes care of me.

Name: Stephanie Location: San Francisco, California Size: 850 square feet I once heard someone say your home should feel like a hug at the end of a long day. That simple statement has been the inspiration for my decorating style. It is not easy making a temporary place feel rooted, but I have found it to be the personal details that have turned this apartment into home. I have infused my personality into every nook and cranny.

Name: Maura & Katarina Location: Financial District, NYC Twenty-one floors above it all, our home is our daily respite from NYC cacophony. Cheerful yet serene, and never without fresh flowers – it is my favorite place to recharge, host friends, work, eat, sleep, you name it! The style of our apartment – our first shared space as a couple – was born of the merging of two very, very disparate tastes.

Name: Sallie Location: Tulsa, OK I’m Sallie, and I live in a updated 1950s home in Tulsa, OK, with my husband, Andrew, our puppy Lola, cat Fitz, and 6 backyard chickens. Our home is right around 1,000q ft, which is perfect for our family! We live in the heart of our town, which makes traveling to our favorite hang out spots a breeze.

Name: Ashley Location: Silverlake, Los Angeles, California I bought my home in the Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles about two years ago after a really long and exhausting real estate search. I was just about to give up entirely and rent forever, and then by some fluke I landed this place. Some things are totally meant to be. It’s a three-bedroom, two-bath Craftsman house originally built in 1914.

Name: Aki & Chris Location: Clinton Hill, Brooklyn My husband and I live on the second floor of a pre-war brownstone in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Our apt is a 1.5 bedroom, 950 sq ft, cozy space with an open floor plan. We’ve lived in the building for almost 11 years but have only been in our current unit for under two years.

Name: Josie Location: South East London Our Edwardian flat in South East London was the ground floor of a house that was sort of split into flats when we bought it. We converted it from a one bed to a two bed flat, which involved a lot of wallpaper stripping (like, from every room) and a few unexpected discoveries along the way.

Name: Joyce and her fiancé Location: West Oakland, California My fiancé and I share a loft space in West Oakland. The space used to be an old tile factory before it was converted to six apartment units. The foyer, kitchen and living room are downstairs and our bedroom is upstairs. When my fiancé first moved in the apartment was an empty concrete box — the challenge of decorating was to preserve the character of the space but also to make it feel warm and homey.

Name: Féline & Ryan Location: Upper East Side, New York As soon as we decided to move in together we had a very clear vision of what we wanted our home to look like. We are both insanely crazy about that big vast space which we call the Ocean, everything about it… the salty smell of the wind, the turquoise water, the seashells, the sand, the sound of the surf…It’s one of the very first thing that we bonded over (the second is whiskey).

Name: Laura Location: London, Ontario – Canada Our apartment is in an old bankers mansion that was built in the late 1800’s. The house is split into 7 units. The main living space of our unit used to be the formal dining room of the home and has very unique and beautiful hardwood floors that were installed at the beginning of the twentieth century (which are still in amazing shape for their age).

Name: Jennifer and Hans Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands My boyfriend, Hans and I, Jennifer have been living in this apartment together for two years now. After studying Fashion Design at ArtEZ in Arnhem and traveling through South America, I moved to Amsterdam in 2011. Here I founded Studio J|A|A|F, a design label that focuses on material and color combinations. Besides the design label, I am also an interior stylist. Hans has almost finished his PhD in chemistry.

Name: Cat Location: London, UK My name is Cat and I live in London with my Texan partner, Matt, and our scrappy ginger kitten, Chutney. We are both terribly boring lawyers in our day jobs, but we are also the couple behind Take Courage Blog, a London-based lifestyle blog which we’ve been running for four years. Living in London isn’t cheap, and we have lived in some horrendous, tiny rentals over the years.

Name: Brigette Location: Bellevue, Nebraska Built in 1941, our home is full of quirky charm! The unique floor plan lends itself to several nooks which have been really inspiring to decorate around. We’ve taken to curating little vignettes around our home, each corner telling a story about us and our past. Having lived in Hawaii and Germany prior to moving to Nebraska, much of our decor is eclectic.

Name: Avery and Ryan Location: Bouldin Creek neighborhood, Austin, Texas We moved into our 2,200 square foot house in central Austin from a one-roomed, open floor plan condo with a three-week-old baby and fairly little furniture. With a newborn, we were just happy to have doors and didn’t really care that we couldn’t afford to completely furnish our space right away. We bought a nice couch and a new bed and added a few cheap pieces to fill out the space as best we could.

Name: Claire Location: Brentwood neighborhood of Washington, DC At 700 square feet, this apartment feels casual and playful. My boyfriend and I wanted both of our personalities to be visible so we mixed masculine elements (midcentury seating and angular, clean lines on foundation tables) with feminine touches (nesting tables, accessories, lighting) in our layout. We wanted a whimsical factor that referenced both our love of pop culture and our dachshund (he’s everywhere!

Name: Abigail and Joe Location: Washington, DC I love that our landlord let us paint! The pink wall felt like a risk at the time, but now it seems demure. We love it! I have a love/hate relationship with the size, at only 560 square feet. Most days I can’t imagine ever wanting something bigger, but other days I can’t find any space for the books that somehow keep finding their way into our home.

Name: Jen Location: Travis Heights neighborhood, Austin, Texas My best friend Marina moved to Tel Aviv to study abroad for a year, so I moved into her house. She moved out all of her stuff (except for a fabulous orange couch), and it’s been really fun to make the place feel like my home by putting my own personality and style into it. Because it is a temporary space, I put a lot of work into it at the beginning so I could get settled in quickly.

Name: Whitney Location: New Orleans I live in a one bedroom apartment that’s about 625sqft. My style is definitely eclectic, as I like to blend several different styles. It was very important to me that my apartment reflect the personality of my fiance and I, which is fun and very carefree. We spend most of our time here, so our living room had to be both stylish and comfortable. I love color and bold artwork. My entire room was designed around this large cow canvas art.

Name: Hannah Location: Salt Lake City, Utah I fell in love with my small Victorian house in Salt Lake City the first time I laid eyes on it. Since I made it my home 4 years ago I’ve tried to make it my little piece of England in a foreign land. My style is some kind of mix up of bohemian clutter and Scandinavian minimalism, is that possible?

Name: Alexis Location: Victoria, British Columbia About a year ago, I found a space advertised on Craigslist- I made an appointment to see it with little information and virtually no pictures. As cliche as it sounds, I just had a really good feeling about it… The moment I pulled up to the home, I instantly fell in love. I’m one of nine apartments in a designated heritage house, which sits on over an acre of land.

Name: Cedrick and Sunny Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada We moved into this 1938 bungalow in mid-town Toronto’s East End in September and immediately tore up the old shag carpet to reveal original oak floors. The house has lots of original character, from the original wood burning fireplace to leaded windows to dark wood paneling throughout the dining room and we love the tension of vintage. Mid-century modern furnishings against traditional details.

Name: Erin Location: Denver, Colorado My husband and I moved to Denver from Chicago almost 2 years ago. It was an adjustment going from big city life to a smaller town vibe with the necessity of a car. But, we love the sunshine, mountains and west/southwest decor style. I have quickly adopted a love for western textiles and ceramics. We have also been MCM fans for years and many of our pieces are from thrift shops, flea markets and estate sales.

Name: Shannon and Alexis Location: 13th arrondissement, Paris, France Size: 35 square meters (377 square feet) Shannon, an American expat who has made Paris her permanent home, writes a blog about what it’s like to live in the city. I met her during my sojurn in Paris last year, and she graciously agreed to give me a tour of her lovely home, a diminutive 35 m2 apartment on one of Paris’ most charming streets. From Shannon: I met Alexis in Italy back in 2006 during business school.

Name: Bola Location: San Francisco, California Our home is a 1,250 sq ft flat in the heart of San Francisco. Just a stone’s throw from Golden Gate Park and up and coming Divisadero street, our lovely home was built in 1913 and with all the Edwardian charm you find in San Francisco. Narrow hallways lead to boxed rooms with heavy molding and thick hardwood floors. Bright airy rooms allow lots of greenery to thrive in every room.

Name: Allison Location: Upper Fells Point, Baltimore, Maryland I’m located in Baltimore, Maryland and my house is an old row home in Upper Fells Point that I bought in 2013. It is 1800 square feet. We named our house Wolfehaus after the street it’s on — South Wolfe. It’s a three bedroom that I share with a couple good friends, three great rescue pups, and one grumpy princess cat. I’ve lived in this home for two years now.

Name: Amanda Location: West Village, Manhattan, New York City I live on an iconic street in an iconic neighborhood in New York City, in what I would call a classic New York apartment. It’s small. It’s technically a one bedroom, although the bedroom only fits a bed, the kitchen is part of the hallway, and I’ve definitely had to find ways to make do with the space. It also has so much New York character — an exposed brick wall, wood floors, and more.

Name: Ryan and Erica Location: Petworth, Washington, DC We have lived in our 700 square feet Petworth apartment for two years. Our home is colorful and always changing. We regularly add, subtract, or rearrange our walls for the inspiration of new pieces. Most of our items are handmade by us or friends, found, and/or thrifted. We take great pride in that our dishes, cups, rugs, afghan, and almost all of the hanging art has been made by us or artist friends.

Name: Brett and Rachel Location: Lafayette, Louisiana Our home was built in 1955 by David L. Perkins, an architecture professor who played a key role in starting the architecture school at what is now The University of Louisiana At Lafayette. It was one of the first of many modern homes and buildings he designed that shaped the contemporary landscape of Lafayette, Louisiana.

Name: Whitney Location: Gramercy Park, New York, New York There is a lot going on in my little studio, in line with my “more is more” style. I like large patterns and bright colors and didn’t want to shy away from them just because my space is so small (450 square feet). I went big on the walls, and the pièce de résistance is the hexagonal pattern that took me about a week to do between making the stencils, taping it all off, and actually painting.

Name: Andy & Sam Location: Tokyo, Japan After a whirlwind romance and a couple of countries, we decided to leave sunny England and fulfill our dream of living in Japan. It is truly a magical place and we feel so fortunate to call this our home for a while. We knew the minute we walked in, this was the flat for us. It’s so light and sunny, decently sized for Tokyo and has a view of Mt. Fuji. It’s our sanctuary from the craziness of packed trains and busy streets.

Name: Tasha Location: St. Paul, Minnesota This is our darling little 1940 story and a half. It’s our first home and we purchased it a little over a year ago. While it is very much a work in progress (it’s pink and a bad pink) there are certain things I am quite proud of. The main thing, the fact that we furnished it with a very low budget. For instance take our living room… Many of the pieces are from thrift stores. One thing I am very good at is “treasure hunting”.

Name: Sarah Location: Petersham, England I am a Fashion Editor and live with my boyfriend and five year old twins in a little three bedroomed cottage in Petersham, Richmond, just outside London. It’s small, but super-cosy and homely. We have a little front garden, and a tiny courtyard garden at the back (one of the smallest gardens I’ve ever seen!). I love cushions, rugs, lamps, pictures and generally lots of ‘cosy clutter’. My style is a bit mix and match I suppose.

Name: Natacha Location: Berkeley, California I am a part-time designer (furniture, ceramist and interior), and I just moved in with my long-time boyfriend Joshua, who is currently studying at UC Berkeley. We met in San Francisco, while I was in school in France and when I moved back to the Bay we decided to move to Berkeley. We found this lovely small apartment right by the campus. It’s a landmark building, built in 1902 (which means it lived through tough earthquakes!

Name: Suna Location: Santa Cruz, California I have lived here for eight years. When my realtor showed me the house my heart stopped. It had fallen out of escrow and was suddenly back on the market. Despite its quite grandiose exterior (Victorian Italianate style) it is actually a very comfortable family home. The rooms have wonderful proportions and 12-foot ceilings. Fortunately, the necessary modernizations have left the house reasonably intact.

Name: Stanley Location: Washington, DC I live in a new studio apartment in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, DC. The apartment is 525 square feet in a modern design building that I have furnished with a mixture of Shaker furniture pieces and American folk art. I love the juxtaposition of the sleek architecture of the building with the colorful handcrafted art and furniture.

Name: Maureen Location: Jamaica Plain (Boston), Massachusetts If Maureen’s expert and liberal use of bold wall colors and sophisticated look seem familiar, it may be because we featured her style in a home tour a few years ago: Maureen & Lui’s Pondside Lily Pad. Well there’s a new addition to the family — and they also moved down the street to a new house! Enjoy this sneak peek of their new house’s style. We have recently moved down the street to a new home.

Name: Mike Location: San Antonio, Texas The house was only the second one I ever looked at and though it needed a lot of work, it spoke to me right away. My dad and I did all the renovation — a complete gut — over the next year and a half. When we weren’t actually working on the house itself I was designing and building furniture for it.

Name: Allison & Matt Location: Alphabet City – Manhattan, NY Hello! My fiance Matt and I (along with our rescue dingo and cat) live in a one-bedroom rental apartment in Alphabet City. I’m a partner in a boutique interior design firm, and my fiance is a freelance creative director in advertising. I designed our apartment to reflect our southern (him, TN) and west coast (me, Seattle) roots, along with our shared love of travel.

Name: Kay Rozynski Location: Lower East Side New York, NY I am a design student/amateur designer and this is my studio apartment on the Lower East Side of New York. Just under 400 square feet, I tried to define a clear living, sleeping and dining space without the use of any dividers so I can keep an open and airy flow. I did everything with a very small budget and the bulk of my money was spent on my mattress and down topper.

Name: Michelle Location: Upper East Side New York City, New York The Frankfurt Kitchen of 1926 was the forerunner of modern fitted kitchens and had a unified concept to enable efficient work, consolidating a person’s efforts and allowing them more time to spend elsewhere.

Name: Jackie Location: Brooklyn, NY About 8 months ago, I moved from Los Angeles to New York City for a new job. In Los Angeles I was accustomed to having my own space — my own studio apartment, my own car, my own private little bubble of space on the sidewalk — so New York City was a bit of a shock for me. Everyone is so crowded together on the subway all the time, and even though my two roommates are absolutely amazing, there are still times when I crave 5 minutes by myself.

Name: Maryann Location: Bellevue neighborhood of Richmond Virginia We purchased a 1926 Craftsman Bungalow – a 1 ½ story home that had not been renovated or updated in any substantial way. We did not do a period restoration; however, there are many period details that were integrated into the renovations. The triangle of windows in the master bedroom face due east & it is so beautiful in the morning to see the prisms from the chandelier dance on the wall as the sun rises.

Name: Molly Torres Location: New York, New York (Midtown) Before I started school, my boyfriend and I found the perfect (and affordable) 520 square foot studio apartment in midtown last summer — centrally located to school, for me, and work, for him. Though I only had a minimal budget to work off of, I was extremely excited for the decorating challenge. Within the small space, I wanted to create a functional entryway and a “separate” living area, dining area and bedroom area.

Name: Hannah Wareham Location: Northampton, Massachusetts After four years of living in our current duplex apartment, my wife Kristie and I finally got our living room decor right for us. It’s a mixture of vintage finds (like using an old magazine rack to store yarn for ongoing knitting projects) and newer bargains (thanks Craigslist!). Our living room is the first thing you see when you enter our home, and because of that, it was tough to make storage options both easy and stylish.

Name: Tracey and Ruben Location: Atlanta, GA We live in a 1600 square foot apartment just outside of Atlanta. Our apartment is pretty basic in terms of architecture, but we’ve done our best to make it our own and to make it feel like a home. My husband and I chose this apartment because of the square footage and the fact that it really didn’t feel like an apartment when we first saw it. It really felt more like a home. Our favorite room is the sunroom.

Name:Location: I recently traveled to Thailand and, while there, visited an area nicknamed the “Green Lung” of Bangkok — an island of sorts formed by a horseshoe bend in the Chao Phraya (Bangkok’s major river). Unlike the congestion of the city, Bang Krachao is lush, green and filled with farmland and wildlife.

Name: Logan Location: Los Feliz – Los Angeles, CA My building was built in the 1923 and has a lot of great period details- brass doorknobs, the original icebox and a built in vanity- that I find really charming. I like living in a building that has some much history and character. I also really enjoy the neighborhood and being able to walk to a movie theater, restaurants and a coffee shop. It’s a luxury in Los Angeles!

Name: Eric Location: Baltimore I recently relocated to Baltimore for a position at Under Armour. Baltimore is fantastic about honoring its history (homes in former cigar factories, for instance), and I happened to find a former convent that has been converted into apartments. Each of the ten apartments in the building is unique, but I happen to think mine is the most spectacular: high tin ceilings and white painted floors (due to a previous contractor’s mistake).

Name: Maria Location: Seattle, WA We moved into our home in October and have been ‘DIYing’ and ‘Craigslisting’ ever since! We live in Seattle and have been delighted by the amount of mid century modern furniture and artifacts we have found. We’ve found (and bought!) all sorts of things – from an Eames leg splint, a Spacelander bicycle to a Bertoia bird chair – on Craigslist.

Name: Tina Scherzinger Location: San Diego, California I bought my 1920s spanish craftsman bungalow (1100 sq ft) last year and then spent six months renovating it completely and even changing the floorplan from a three (small) bedroom, one bath home into a spacious two bedroom, two bath home. I transformed the dirt front lawn and backyard into a beautiful succulent and desert garden.

Name: Maggie Dillon Location: Raleigh, North Carolina My boyfriend and I just moved in together in this wonderful 1930s house that he has lived in for the past three years as he went through Law School. To say it has changed a little since I have moved in might be a understatement. Although we have a pretty tight budget, I think we’ve been able to create a welcoming home that reflects who we are. It also helps that the house has killer bones (like 10 foot ceilings!

Name: Eric Location: Los Angeles, CA Where do I even begin!? I once dreamed of living in a small flat, next to a hill with a giant tree outside front and the sidewalk, city streets below me. My home is the perfect example of putting that energy out into the universe and creating it. Gramercy Gardens is the name of my building that was constructed in the 1920’s. Its a four floor walk up, with accordion elevator doors and a New York style fire escape out front, with a brick edifice.

Name: Yasmin Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada My apartment is a 590 square foot attic suite in a Victorian Townhome. After living abroad I returned to Toronto for graduate studies, bringing with me a collection of textiles from my travels. Most of the textiles pictured are from Turkey and Estonia, my living room carpet is a 1930 Baltic design handwoven by a relative of mine. The art work scattered throughout are mostly gifts from friends and artists, I work for a contemporary art gallery.

Name: Judith Cossette and Benjamin Dupont Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada I’m a photographer from Montreal. My boyfriend Benjamin is an industrial designer. We’ve had this amazing 1100 square feet loft in Montreal for the past three years. We love the warm and cozy feel that the place offers. We wanted the first feeling that you have when you first walk in to be the feeling of comfort.

Name: Krista Byers Location: Saint Charles, Illinois Our home is a house we rent and it is nearly 100 years old in one of Chicago’s most charming suburbs. Everything in our home is done on an extreme budget. Nearly everything in the home was found thrifting, at a yard sale or on Craigslist!

Name: Lauren Baker Location: Chicago, Illinois I am the Marketing Events Manager for The Land of Nod based in Chicago. (I plan all the events for our stores around the country, and plan all our bus tours for our #nodtourbus. Dream job!) I purchased my two bedroom/one bath condo seven months ago in the Ravenswood neighborhood in Chicago. Although it had a traditional builder 2007 look, I totally had a vision, and was obsessed with the large window and light when you walked in!

Name: Kendra O’Neill Location: Boston, Masschusetts My gorgeous townhouse apartment is located in Cambridge, Masschusetts just a few blocks from Harvard Yard. What really sold me on this place was the exposed brick. I’m a sucker for character and three large walls gave me just that. It’s a fairly large apartment as it has a full living room, eat in kitchen, small laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Plus when the snow melts, I have great outdoor space.

Name: Clare (Broadcast Producer) & Mike (Advertising Creative Director) Location: Leaside – Toronto, Ontario, Canada We both lived in Leaside when we started dating. Mike has 3 children and I have 2. They range in age from 12 to 17. Mike was living in a small apartment and I was living in a small 3 bedroom house. We got married in September of 2014 and needed to find a new house that was big enough to fit all 7 of us.

Name: Beata & Gerrit Location: Almere, near Amsterdam, The Netherlands We love the modern Bauhaus-type square block of our non-traditional Dutch row-house in Almere, right near Amsterdam. It’s a two-bedroom bungalow with a small enclosed patio. Gerrit grew up near here and my original home is Duesseldorf, Germany, which is only a 2-hour drive away. After having lived in the U.S.

Name: Wendy Location: Wabash, Indiana My home is an apartment in a 1902 duplex in Wabash, Indiana. At 2,000 square feet it is more than roomy enough for myself, four children and our little dog and big cat. I grew up in this small Midwestern town and after being away for several years I decided to move back after some major life changes. It was a huge adjustment for us for several reasons: We had lived in our prior home for 12 years. It was situated back a long lane, nestled deep in the woods.

Name: Julie Carroll Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota I live in a classic 700 square foot Art Deco apartment in Minneapolis. The building was constructed in the early 1930s and maintains much of the original charm (cast iron radiators, porcelain farm sink, crystal door knobs, and the ornate brass light fixtures.) I was drawn to the beauty and opulent architecture of this otherwise modest space. My interior styling is inspired by my Minnesota/Scandinavian heritage.

Name: Sarah Location: Lakeview – Chicago, IL After graduating from the University of Michigan with a B.F.A. in Art & Design, I risked a move to the bustling city of Chicago to begin my pursuit towards a career in fashion. I only planned on staying a few short years, but, five years on, I’m still a happy resident of the ever chic and fashion-forward Windy City.

Name: Taylor Location: Upper West Side – Manhattan, NYC I moved into a studio apartment in August. It was a very nice space with good fixtures and great floors, BUT small for someone who works from home and needs the space to have clients come in (yoga & massage) as well as a home office to run my graphic design business. Not to mention.. actually live here and feel at home.

Name: Brooke (of Fresh Bib) & Adam (of Fish Fotography) Location: Dallas, Texas In an effort to work from home (photographer and designer) we moved to a small mid-century modern home that had one owner and zero updates since it was built in 1957. Over a long summer, we added a second floor to house our photography and sewing studios, while gutting the kitchen and 2.5 baths. My husband demolished our kitchen on our 9th wedding anniversary. I cried.

Name: Darrin Location: Changi, Singapore When it was time to get myself a bachelor pad, I opted for a 495 sq ft apartment in the eastern part of Singapore. When I received the keys to my place, what separated the living room and the sole bedroom were three sliding glass panels. Working with my interior designers, I conveyed my ideal, which was to have a centerpiece console that could accommodate and display my 400-plus vinyl collection.

Name: Michelle Location: Los Angeles, CA I’ve lived in my rental apartment for almost 5 years (I’m the building manager) and hadn’t changed much of the hand-me-down furniture that i scrapped together when i moved in. I recently turned 30 and took a look around and realized the place didn’t fit me anymore- I had grown out of the look and style of the entire place. I then started on a mission to re-design the entire place!

Name: Jack Location: Chicago, IL My apartment is in an amazing vintage building in Lakeview that used to be owned by the Roosevelt family. There is no lack of character, which is one of the best parts aside from great lakeside location. Although it’s a smaller unit (roughly 450 sf) as a result of the chopped up floor plans when it was converted to a rental building, it’s very efficient.

Name: Lisa Location: Maryland Welcome to my fresh, comfy and magical mid century home! Built in 1961, this home has been through many updates over the years, including my own recent enhancements since purchasing the home in July 2014. I love the central location in the wonderful waterfront community of Olde Severna Park which allows my daughters and I and our dogs Mojo and FJ, quick walking access to restaurants, our community walking trail and our beautiful beach on the Severna River.
