Now that Black Friday & Cyber Monday deals have rolled in, it can be difficult to stay focused on what exactly you need to grab while the sales are live. I definitely suggest buying any big-ticket items your home might need while you can get them for less, but you also can’t forget to replace any regularly used items that have seen better days. That holds true for cookware, which is often prone to warping and discoloration, especially if it’s low-quality. Fortunately, Great Jones — one of our favorite cookware brands — is currently offering up to 50% off select items through December 2, which means you can upgrade your kitchen with top-notch tools for less.

In browsing the deals, we were excited to see the brand’s Holy Sheet among them. Right now you can get this editor-loved baking sheet for $10 off, which is pretty good considering it normally retails for $40. Be sure to pick out your favorite color, and keep reading to find out what makes this pan such a fantastic kitchen addition.

What Is the Holy Sheet?

There are a few notable things that make this sheet pan so fantastic. For one, it’s completely nonstick, thanks to its colorful ceramic coating. As a result, you can say goodbye to parchment paper for good. Whether you’re broiling miso-glazed salmon or baking tarts with a sticky filling, you can expect anything and everything to lift right off the surface. Additionally, the pan is made from aluminized steel and reinforced with steel rods that keeps the cookware from warping, bending, or denting. Even after years of daily use, our editors haven’t experienced one single warp. Of course, that’s not all we love about the Holy Sheet.

“Uneven browning is often a pitfall of aluminized steel, but I haven’t had any issues with that at all,” wrote contributor Danielle in her review on our sister site. “In fact, my baked goods all emerge from the oven with perfectly golden-brown bottoms — and none turn out too dark.” She added that the pan’s vibrant color (it comes in five punchy hues) makes for a photo-worthy backdrop every time, and that even acidic tomatoes don’t leave marks behind on the coated surface.

You’ll also be happy to learn that the Holy Sheet is half-sized at 18.5 inches long and 13.5 inches wide. As a result, it’s perfect for small and large kitchens alike and can make anywhere from two-person to family-sized meals.

What Great Jones Reviewers Are Saying

Average Rating: 4.4/5

“These are really heavy-duty pans — not flimsy at all! They can handle ANYTHING you put on them. Also, the enamel/color coating they put on them is so heavy and seems pretty impervious. I got the bright yellow, and they are so fun! They make me happy … they don’t do that pop and twist thing that cheap sheet pans do.” —Colleen

“I love these pans. They fit perfectly in my toaster oven, and the color is vibrant. AND it can go in the dishwasher. Love it and would definitely buy again.” —Dawn

“These are the nicest sheet pans I have ever purchased. So far they are durable, do not buckle under high temps, and wash up well. And may I add they are very heavy … I was shocked that they are so heavy and sturdy.” —Donna

Whether you bake frequently or you’re hosting people for the holidays, the Holy Sheet is bound to come in handy. Its ingenious construction will help make your creations taste as great as they look, so don’t hesitate to snag it while it’s on sale.
