There are a few notable things that make this sheet pan so fantastic. For one, it’s completely nonstick, thanks to its colorful ceramic coating. As a result, you can say goodbye to parchment paper for good. Whether you’re broiling miso-glazed salmon or baking tarts with a sticky filling, you can expect anything and everything to lift right off the surface.
